Added resting timer

Hi nwillc, I added for myself an optional resting timer, if you think it's a good idea for your project, feel free to accept my PR. I tried to stay pretty simple with no further abstractions, just added parameters to the existing functions and a couple of more little editing. Also updated the cli doc and readme. Bye!

It's nicely done, just not sure I want any additional features added. My goal was minimalism. Will think about it.
