Can't update Threadly with SPM

Using Threadly through RandomKit. SPM freezes while doing swift package update.

Swift 4, SPM PackageDescription v4.

Hey, it was an issue with the Swift Package Manager, my Package.swift made the graph unresolvable. Already confirmed by the SPM team: https://bugs.swift.org/browse/SR-5956
