Consider bonuses for players further behind

Now, I only see this mattering in a rated race. But basically, give some sort of bonus to players who are behind the leader. Perhaps this could be more luck from kills (luck being considered in #94).

Another idea is bonus damage that increases for each level one is behind the leader. Not exactly a fan of this, however.

As of 1.4.1, this issue was indirectly touched upon. By removing global difficulty auras, players who are behind will no longer deal less damage as armor is now directly on the monsters.

The planned 1.6 removal of the gold bonus for reaching certain levels first is a indirect buff to players who are behind.
