Mention ps-nvm in README

https://github.com/aaronpowell/ps-nvm is a Node version manager for PowerShell, which works more similar to nvm than nvm-windows (no symlinks) and has some more features. It's actively maintained and well-tested. Figured it would be nice to mention.

Happy to list it once https://github.com/aaronpowell/ps-nvm/issues/60 is resolved; a project choosing the name "nvm" and not matching our API exactly is a huge recipe for disaster for all involved :-(
