Full Imperial Units usage

@nvllz In Settings, 1 can set Imperial units, but that only affects the main pedometer screen, not the Settings' Personal Data section. For consistency, that Height & Step Length should switch to "Feet" & "Inches," & Weight to "Pounds (lb)" when that's toggled, & the given values then be converted internally to whatever needed units for formulæ used. Perhaps then the Units pref can be moved above that section, so 1 doesn't fudge values they don't grok.
