Add multi languages

We need multiple languages support. I guess you wanted to start from the dsub base app and then cherry pick option from it.

So i think this needs to be added again.

@jooola strings.xml is the file which you can translate to your language of choice. A translated strings.xml is all that's needed to add support for a different locale.
