Normalize Sovereignty/Country/Sovereign country

Just a minor issue: The "type" property appears to have 3 different values for a country.

For example, Cuba and Kazakhstan are a "Sovereignty", and the rest of the countries are split between "Sovereign country" and "Country". These examples are pulled from the 50m country data.

Unless there is some difference between those labels, it would be nice to use a consistent one.
