adm1 outdated subdivisions (but not by much) for Trinidad and Tobago

The current subdivisions are listed by ISO 3166 (https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:TT).

The former East Tobago and West Tobago were abolished and replaced simply by Tobago (ISO 3166 TT-TOB). (Tobago is an island so hopefully that wouldn't be too painful to update.)

Mayaro-Rio Claro changed codes from TT-RCM to TT-MRC; as far as I know there were no territorial changes for that one.
