Chicoutimi (1159148923) should be Saguenay. I noticed that this was supposedly addressed in #419, but for whatever reason that correction didn't come through.

The dot for Sault Ste. Marie (1159149311) should be shifted northward. It's presently in Michigan. Should be moved to Canada. There are two cities with this name, but the one in Canada is far larger.

Saginaw (1159147483) is at scale rank 6 while Grand Rapids (1159133737) is at rank 7. Should be swapped or at least at same scale rank. Grand Rapids is much more regionally prominent and larger population.

Hancock (1159133767) should be renamed to "Houghton." Hancock and Houghton are twin cities, but Houghton is the larger and more prominent of the two (also recognized by the Census Bureau: the two cities are in the "Houghton Micropolitan Area")

Wilkes Barre (1159133637) should have hyphen.
