Would a PR that enables installing this package w/ Scoop be accepted?

Hi, As it stands, the only package I need that I can't install with scoop is this package. I wouldn't mind learning more about scoop packaging and would work on a PR to enable this option for this project. Thoughts?

@stkrzysiak it would certainly be considered as long as it is a non-breaking change for the current application/installer. As you probably know, we are using WIX to generate the MSI. We also have it available via WinGet.
