Outline: update preview position when changing the width of the outline split

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently when increasing the size of the outline split the preview position won't update and overlay items in the outline overview making them unreadable.

This would be solved if the position of the preview is updated on size changes of the outline window.
