Duplicated Most Recent Files with different file separators

The screenshot and title say it all.

There are some duplicated records in the "Most Recent Files" section with just different file path separators. But the duplicated records are targeting the same file.

Currently it can be reproduced every time when I open the dashboard.

The PC to reproduce the issue is Win10 OS, but it is totally fine on my MacBook Air M1, I also tried the alpha.nvim on the same PC and it is fine too.
