Show LSP source with diagnostics picker

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When listing the diagnostics with builtins.lsp_diagnostics, I would like to see the source of the diagnostic.

Describe the solution you'd like Append the source to the end of the diagnostic message.

Additional context I've made the change here: https://github.com/thisduck/telescope.nvim/commit/d43224ab93a8c9a967bdf09f10056ed6de155abf

But I'm not sure if there are any edge cases or other concerns.
