[BUG] Nested notes prevent the creation of notes with the same name in the vault home

Describe the bug If you have some nested note in a vault subdir, then you can't create a home rooted note with the same name using <leader>zn

To Reproduce

1. In the vault, create the note "bar", and then another one "foo/bar". No problem.
2. Now, try to create the note "foo/bar2" and then "bar2". The "bar2" note will not be created because telescope just prompt the previous created "foo/bar2".

Screenshot This should create the note 'tree' as first result (or just as a result, in any case)

Instead, you get this (the other results are not important).

Expected behavior The order of operations should not matter, and the create note function should create the note except for perfect matches (including the absolute path relative tto the vault home).
