Hi,

Firstly, thank you for this plugin - I've been able to remove emacs from my workflow with this.

Currently, though, I have one minor niggle. When I am doing a new capture, I don't know if I've refiled it yet or not. C-c is annoying to type because it also takes me out of insert mode.

Is there an easy way to achieve one of the following?

• Trigger refile on save (I find that I reflexively save when it's ready and expect that it has been refiled)
• Show a warning/notice/instructions somewhere like emacs does. I, at first didn't realise that I could use C-c to refile.
