Should this repo be archived?

I saw in reddit that this plugin is depricated and is moved into plenary. So I wonder if this should be mentioned in the README.md file and the repo archived so people know.

PR209 github.com: nvim-lua/plenary suggest tha popup.nvim is deprecated. Probably that the developers forget to archive this repo.
