Can't install plenary

I couldn't install plenary. Process is taking too long after 97% (2348/2404) and throwing timeout error. image

Is there any other way to add plenary to my neovim. Currently I am using packer to install plugins

how bad is your internet, it shouldn't take long. All that packer is doing is cloning a git repo

I faced this sometime ago (not for plenary). Manually cloning the repo solved the issue.
