evaluate vim.filetype

Would require 0.8, iirc but once this is minimum required version we might be able to drop plenary.filetype or use vim.filetype as implementation detail for plenary.filetype, so we dont break telescope (and potentially more code as well)

Hey, asking here since I guess this is the most relevant place to do so. At the current point in time, would you recommend using plenary.filetype over vim.filetype or vice-versa? I have not been able to find any comparison of tradeoffs that would be involved in making a choice one way or another
