Can readme be updated?

Hello, and thanks for the tool.

I noticed that the instructions appear out of date. According to plaid:

"A note on Plaid keys

All implementations of Plaid created after July 23, 2020 will use a link_token instead of a public_key. To learn more, view our docs."

What should I be putting in the with_env.sh instead?

Sadly, this is no longer being maintained by the person who created it, for anyone who was curious.
