Upgrade Pikaday dependency to v1.4.0

Hi, Is it possible to upgrade Pikaday dependency to v1.4.0 ?

This new release seems to fix some annoying bugs:

• Pikaday not working in mozilla firefox #404
• Pikaday Demo not working with Chrome v45 #406

I've forced the update but I seem to get now an error:

"value.getFullYear is not a function" when I try to set a minDate (setMinDate)

Apologies, I'm currently working for a startup and I simply haven't had time to update this in quite a while. We don't use Angular where I work, so I haven't been able to keep up with updates and new releases either.

I am open to contributions/pull requests.
