errors when working with spelling and grammar correction in word

Open fernando-jose-silva opened this issue 5 years ago • 7 comments

Steps to reproduce:

open the word and enter a text with several grammatical and hortographic errors.

Actual behavior:

press ctrl + home to go to the beginning of the text. Press alt + f7 Word selects the word with the error. Nvda does not say anything, however it is possible to see the selected text by pressing nvda + shift + s. my suggestion would be for nvda to pronounce the selected text automatically. Now go to the beginning of the text again and press f7 Note that nvda does not speak about the error found in the text, it is possible to see the suggested correction by walking with tab. My suggestion would be for nvda to pronounce the text with errors automatically.

Expected behavior:

When word selects the wrong word or phrase, nvda should automatically read the text with errors. When pressing alt + f7, nvda should read the text pointed to with errors by word.
