NVDA doesn't update completely virtual buffer when clicking to a particular widget
Steps to reproduce:
Actual behavior:
I would like to describe a problem that only happens with NVDA, I already say that both Jaws and Narrator do not have this bug. The site is in Italian but don't worry, I will be very clear. Basically, after opening a widget, NVDA updates its virtual buffer but does not detect an editing field, which instead exists on the screen and other screen readers detect. If I press nvda-f5, then the edit field is seen. go to www.axa.it Accept cooke and don't use screen reader mode offered by the website. use ctrl-nvda-f to search the word "aiuto". You land to the sentence "ti serve aiuto"? in english it is "need help"? It is a tool that, if clicked, open a text box where you can start search. So, press enter to "ti serve aiuto". If you press the "e" button for go to the first edit field, none will be found. Now try press nvda-f5. Then, go to top of page and search again for "Aiuto" as before. Now press e letter. You have found an edit box where to start search!
Expected behavior:
NVDA should find immediately the edit box after opening the widget.
