System menu is not accessible in New ms team app with NVDA

Steps to reproduce:

Open the new MS teams app and press "alt + space" to bring the system menu.

Actual behavior:

NVDA stays blank.

Expected behavior:

NVDA should read "System menu" when it appear, and allow user to navigate using arrow key within it.

If NVDA add-ons are disabled, is your problem still occurring?

Yes

Does the issue still occur after you run the COM Registration Fixing Tool in NVDA's tools menu?

Yes

This needs to be reported to Microsoft. Testing across multiple versions of teams showed that this dialog was not designed to be accessible.

@seanbudd - but this menu seems to be accessible with Narrator!
