nvda+T does not report window title changes in time

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a PowerPoint presentation with multiple slides;
  2. Press F5 to enter the show mode;
  3. Press Enter/backspace multiple times to switch to the next/previous slide, Then press NVDA+T;
  4. Now press windows+d to focus to the desktop, then press Alt+Tab to return to the slideshow window, Then press NVDA+T.

Actual behavior:

The title obtained by nvda +t in step 3 is different from the title obtained by nvda +t in step 4.

Expected behavior:

Titles obtained in steps 3 and 4 should be consistent, in other words, NVDA should respond to application title changes in a timely manner.

System configuration

NVDA installed/portable/running from source:

installed and portable

NVDA version:

2021.3.3

Windows version:

Windows 10 21H2 (x64) build 19044.1586

Name and version of other software in use when reproducing the issue:

Take powerpoint as an example, but the error is not specific to PowerPoint, it is a common behavior.

Yes

Older or alpha versions of nvda can also reproduce

Does the issue still occur after you run the COM Registration Fixing Tool in NVDA's tools menu?

Yes

I got the following: -Go in show mode with F5 starting on slide 1, go to alt+tab to the actual slideshow. If I press NVDA+T I get "Slide show - Slide 1 " -Press enter to move to next slide. NVDA reports this change nicely. If I press NVDA + T it still reports "Slide show - Slide 1 " -Alt-Tab out and in again, NVDA + T now reports "Slide show - Slide 2"

Yes, this problem is urgent, which means that if I want to know the current window title I may have to press Alt + Tab frequently. cc @feerrenrut @michaelDCurran @seanbudd Can you look into it?
