Windows one core in NVDA pausing too much after punctuation marks

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Choose windows one core voices from the list of synthesizers
  2. Try to read some text that includes a comma or a full stop, for example
  3. you will see that the voice will pause half or one second after each punctuation
  4. Open the narrator settings
  5. Uncheck the box that says "narrator should pause to determine punctuations"
  6. Choose a mobile voice, for example Microsoft George or Microsoft Mark
  7. Open narrator
  8. Try to read a text that has either a comma of a full stop, for example
  9. You will notice that the narrator voice will pause much less between punctuations, compared to the same voice in NVDA

Actual behavior:

The voice pauses much more than Narrator

Expected behavior:

The voice should not pause as much
