Nvidia change app GeforceExperience to NvidiaApp (can't fix it)

I used GeforceExperience and it was perfectly working with your patch. Now after moving to new computer with fresh new NvidiaApp I can't fix this sleep issue. And stock libcef doesn't work now is_rtl ... is missing.

Same issue, would be awesome if there was a simple way to update this - I know it was a long time ago, but if you are still gaming and using Nvidia GPU, chances are the OP is also using NvidiaApp since GEFE is no longer available.
