[v3] Make the Metainfo component optional (and consider renaming)

I'm just adding this issue to track the following comment in the changelog:

Adding this component is currently required, but it will eventually be optional

Also, please consider renaming it from metainfo to meta-info (or similar), to be more spell-checker-friendly. (Metainfo -> MetaInfo).

About that comment, Im actually not sure atm if its possible to follow through on that. I dont think its possible to either inject a component in the app or render teleports without a component

I see. Did it function completely differently in v2? Was there a reason for the re-architecture?

Having the component is not really the end of the world (for me), so if you can't find a clean solution then feel free to close this. 🙂
