Add a Repeater Component for Nuxt UI Forms

Hi there 👋

While working on a project using Nuxt UI today, I found a strong need for a Repeater component in forms (and I’m sure many others have faced the same need).

Since one of the main goals of the Nuxt UI community is to make this module truly excellent, I’d like to suggest adding a Repeater component with features such as:

• Support for nested repeaters
• Sortable items
• And other helpful enhancements for dynamic form handling

We are seing the issues created but they are hundred of them, I strongly advice you to not mention people to prioritize your issue.

Nothing is stopping you from creating your own component to start and share it to see if people like your implementation :)
