SelectMenu Multiple Improvements: Deselect All, Badge instead of comma

Description

I was looking through the v3 alpha5 and found that select menu with multiple will have a width of 0 if you deselect all. https://ui3.nuxt.dev/components/select-menu#multiple

Also instead of comma separating the selected items it would look great to have badges with an x on the right side, so it's easier to differentiate. compare to this (taken from kirby cms)

This happens because there is no placeholder defined on that demo, however, if you define a placeholder, then you are fine 🙏

@fabianwohlfart The documentation part has been solved. Regarding the multiple badges, you can use the InputMenu component for that: https://ui3.nuxt.dev/components/input-menu#multiple
