Unusaual page reload after creating file in server event handler

Describe the bug

Creating an html file in a server side event handler results in a complete page reload. If you create ANY OTHER file type, no page reload occurs. I created a demo repo where you can verify that. I'm not sure if that is nuxt or nodejs related.
