deployment docs update

we need to collapse https://nuxt.com/deploy and https://nuxt.com/docs/4.x/getting-started/deployment into a single page

inspiration https://nitro.build/deploy

We could keep the deploy page and make an index like on the https://ui4.nuxt.com/docs/components page with the logos and then make the rest of the documentation like on nitro.build/deploy 🤔 But should we save the /deploy where it is or put it in the /docs?

I'd like to have something about runtimes as well - e.g. you don't have to deploy to any specific provider to create a node/deno/bun server.
