A list of layers like modules

Hello,

Currently, modules are listed in nuxt.com/modules and nuxi allow us to easily add a module.

Layers seems to be a big part of Nuxt but I did not see anything related to them like a place to list all of them (and with studio, could be useful) and to add one using nuxi.
