Add `nuxt-date-fns`

Hi! I'd like to present my first Nuxt package: nuxt-date-fns 💚

It is a rework of nuxt-community/date-fns-module but for Nuxt 3 + Nuxt Bridge. nuxt-community/date-fns-module looks like it is not maintained anymore, I tried contacting its author about a week ago but I never got any response, so I don't know if my package could be moved there or not 🤷

Since it is my first package, I would very much appreciate any help/feedback!
