Add nuxt-fathom

Hi there, I created lostdesign/nuxt-fathom a module to be able to use usefathom.com with nuxt 2. Usefathom is analytics saas that takes privacy seriously.

As of creating this issue, I already started working on nuxt3-fathom - not sure when I will finish that.

There already is a nuxt-fathom package added to the modules list, however that module has other/less features than the one I provide. (https://github.com/yabhq/nuxt-fathom)
