Module Description
nuxt-saasmvp-oauth is a Nuxt 3 Module employing the OAuth 2.0 authorization framework defined by IETF RFC 6749 to obtain limited access to a HTTP service. Access to protected resources is granted to Users and REST API Endpoints using an access token conforming with the IETF RFC 7519 JSON Web Token (JWT) standard. The module may be used within the saasmvp framework ecosystem or with any Nuxt 3 application. The nuxt-saasmvp-oauth module is lightweight and easy to use for fast deployment.

I haven't had the opportunity to do a technical or competitive deep dive into nuxt-auth-utils.
I can tell you that the nuxt-saasmvp-oauth module is meant to be a no frills, light-weight OAUTH 2.0 module that can be deployed quickly with a minimal amount of learning so a newbie entrepreneur can incorporate authentication functionality into their SaaS or Micro SaaS MVP fast.
The nuxt-saasmvp-oauth module is part of The saasmvp Project ecosystem (although it can be used in any Nuxt application independent of the saasmvp ecosystem). The goal being to provide a SaaS MVP framework with the simple basic common modules to let the entrepreneur save time and money by focusing their efforts on customer discovery and validation in order to find a repeatable SaaS business model quickly and not on development.
