[Feature Request] Dynamic SEO-friendly image URLs

I really like the approach ImageKit uses to rewrite the URL to an image using some friendly title for SEO purposes: https://docs.imagekit.io/features/dynamic-seo-suffix

It would be great to be able to pass <nuxt-img> a string that could then be used as the image name dynamically.

Something like: <nuxt-img src="DSC1234.jpg" seo="Eiffel Tower" /> would ouput <img src="eiffel-tower.jpg" /> (which the server (IPX) just knows is DSC1234.jpg and either silently renames the file or does some redirect)

Sort of similar to how alias works, but for filenames, rather than providers.

Yea, seeing that a core feature of Nuxt is for SEO, this would be helpful!
