How to display different pictures with different device

So no matter I use <nuxt-img> or <nuxt-picture>, I can only resize one picture according to different device sizes, but cannot display different pictures?

Yes.

You'd have to roll your own picture or img tag. You could still use the composable useImage() though to generate processed images and provide src and srcSet to your custom component.
