feat: ability to plug-in drizzle studio for other config structures

I know that devtools uses the drizzle studio for nuxthub/etc, it would be really cool if we could also launch it for other database configs

• [ ] have devtools check for drizzle/kit installation
• [ ] harness drizzle.config.ts and run studio

the Devtools integration for Nuxthub/Mongoose/drizzle counts as a external module. you would need to open an issue in the related repository https://devtools.nuxt.com/module/guide
