✨ Support VitePress like additional code highlighting features

I'm migrating my personal site to docus from VitePress. I found some things are missing in docus or not documented.

For example, How to add something like this:

I also use other highlighting features like // [!code highlight]. Digging further I realised adding transformers to shiki may resolve this but it seems nuxt content doesn't support this.

Maybe this is from mdc. I'm not sure because there's few layers when using high level abstraction like docus. I can recreate this when using nuxt content without docus hence I created it here.

However, now I believe it might be from nuxt mdc.
