Studio: Default binding and formatting not preserved after editing in Studio

Description

Two issues are observed when editing content in Studio with the Tiptap visual editor:

1. Default binding: The default value of a binding is removed after opening/saving the content in Studio.
2. Formatting: Text formatting (bold, italic, etc.) applied inside a binding is not preserved after editing in Studio.

Both issues were discussed with @farnabaz.

Additional context

• Mask elements cannot currently be applied directly on a node (like the binding node).
• It could be useful to store these masks on the text node inside the binding node instead.
