Docs: Missing icon makes text unreadable

Describe the bug

A missing icon is causing text to be very difficult to read. same issue icon in here https://github.com/nuxt/content/issues/2382

1. Go to https://content.nuxt.com/usage/files
2. Search the page for section CSV
3. First tab example of csv content/hello.csv is not readable. I know it was icon for csv, but it typed vscode-icons:file- and make text content/hello.csv is not readable.

The docs need to be updated to ensure only existing icons are used.
