[Components] Additional content for ToC

In case if ToC is disabled, we might need to place some additional content there, to keep right column in layout (as was discussed with @Atinux)

We could place:

  • EditOnGithub
  • "Time to read" counter https://github.com/nuxt-themes/elements/issues/192
  • additional slot for custom user content (ads, links etc)
  • "Made with Docus" / Nuxt Studio credits
  • social icons
  • ...

Happy to hear other suggestions. What you mind find useful to have on right-hand column?
