feat: expose config as commonjs file

Fixes #533.

The doc page https://tailwindcss.nuxtjs.org/tailwind/editor-support can probably further simplified by removing the whole discussion about different config options and only instruct devs to set the configFile option to the generated cjs file in the nuxt folder. What do you think?
