Add support for AdManager (DPF)

For Google Adsense this plugin works perfect. I am using it for my website and it has never failed. The thing is that I have clients now that wanted to pass through Google Ad Manager (aka Doubleclick for Publishers). Is this plugin capable of that and I'm missing something or you have to add that capability?
