Trojan at install?

Tried using the link, didn't work.

Basically, trying to install this package both with Yarn and NPM but either case the installation fails. In both cases windows defender says that there is a trojan on my computer. Tried turning it off but either case I get the issue that jsextension.exe cannot be found.

Haven't seen anyone with this issue. in here but let me know if this is something that sounds familiar.
