Can gtm do everything this tool can?

Hi there

I probably need to add google tag manager AND a google site tag go a clients page. Now with the gtm alone I don't really find a way how to add that google site tag.

Do you know if that is a unique thing to your module or should use https://github.com/nuxt-community/gtm-module ? (If so, I would be very happy to receive any hint how to implement this...)
