Non-admin account owner cannot set Account's Main group

sysPass Version 3.2

Describe the bug An account owner can no longer assign main user group when creating an account. Possible regression from https://github.com/nuxsmin/sysPass/issues/705

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. As a regular user (non admin)
2. Go to 'New account' page
3. Click on 'Permissions' tab
4. Scroll down under the 'Groups' section

Actual behavior There is no option to set 'Main group'

Expected behavior There is a 'Main group' option to set for a newly created account
