How to let syspass find my self-made language files( *.po, *.mo), and configure it?

Describe the question There is no Chinese language in the current version of syspass, so I modified the *.po file of en-US and translated it into simplified Chinese. Then I made a new directory named "zh-cn" and move the PO file and MO file in to it. After that I restarted Debian, login to syspass but the syspass could not find my self-made language files automatically thus I could not change the syspass language. The question is , how can I configure the syspass so I can use my self-made PO and MO files?

- OS: Debian
- OS Version: 5.10.127-1 (2022-06-30) x86_64
- Browser :Firefox, Chrome
Additional context I would like to share my self-made PO and MO files but I don't know how to use git. Therefore could someone share is via github? My translation may not perfect but I trust it helps a little for those who are not very good at English in China. Of course I will continuously optimize the translation during the usage of syspass. The MO and PO files are attached.
