How to get list of groups, which have permission to manipulate with account, through API?

Hi, I have question about ACL. For example, If I add edit permission for group (in this case default) to some account: Screenshot 2022-07-14 at 14 21 16 Is possible to get list of this groups which can see/edit account through API? Thank you in advance for your reply.
