"Request Modification" button on account detail does not work
sysPass Version 3.1 and 3.2
Describe the bug The button that's supposed to allow a user to request modification on an account does nothing.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to "Config->Mail".
- Enable mail notifications and "Enable requests by email".
- With a user having "read only" access, go on an account details' page.
- Click on the "Request modification" button at the bottom of the page.
- This does nothing.
Expected behavior Clicking on the button should display a form or something.

Event log There is no error in syspass.log, nor in the web browser console.
Platform (please complete the following information): AFAIK, all platforms are concerned. Tested on :
- OS: MacOS 10.15.7
- Browser: Firefox 88.0.1, Safari 14.0.3
- OS: Windows Server 2019
- Browser: Firefox 89.0
